A Message to Our Patients and Communities
While supplies last at participating locations through December 31st, Louisiana residents who roll up their sleeves and get their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card!*
Louisiana’s Shot For $100 is a rewards program offered by LIPA and the Louisiana Department of Health’s Bring Back Louisiana campaign to increase awareness of COVID vaccine availability and provide reliable efficacy and safety information. While initially for students of Louisiana institutions of higher education (IHEs), Shot For 100 is being expanded to all Louisianans who choose to become vaccinated against COVID-19.
Louisiana is offering a non-reloadable Visa prepaid card issued by the U.S. Bank National Association (U.S. Bank) that will be given to eligible participants following receipt of a first dose of a COVID-19 vaccination at a participating COVID-19 vaccination site. The card will be loaded with a $100 value (minus any applicable U.S. Bank fees) following appropriate registration and activation, as determined solely by LDH. Any person eligible for a first dose vaccine can receive a one-time Shot For $100 incentive card at participating sites. Students at institutions of higher education who have not yet been incentivized with a Shot For $100 gift card are eligible to receive a one-time Shot For $100 incentive card on a second dose vaccination at a campus site. If you are 17 years of age or younger, you will need parental consent in order to receive your COVID-19 vaccine.
Communities are made up of neighbors, friends, and families. Though outside influences may pose challenges from time to time, you can count on your local independent pharmacy to be there, ready at hand to protect the health and welfare of the community.

Flu Vaccine Information
It’s time to get the flu shot to reduce your chances of getting and spreading the flu. You can also help care for a loved one who may be at high risk of contracting the flu by helping make sure they get their flu shot, too.
Flu vaccines will not prevent COVID-19, but they will reduce the burden of flu illnesses, hospitalizations and deaths. Getting both the flu and COVID, one right after the other, can greatly impact your health and ability to recover.
Getting a flu shot has never been easier. You can get your flu shot at your local pharmacy or doctor’s office.
