ACCOMPLISHMENTS: As an adjuster, has handled to conclusion, property claims ranging from personal lines to heavy commercial including builders risk and business interruption. Highly experienced in excess and surplus lines coverage including manuscript policy interpretation. Has also investigated and settled liability claims including Professional Liability, Products Liability, and Errors and Omissions Claims. Established and managed numerous catastrophe offices. Holds All Lines Texas Adjusters License.

MANAGEMENT and SUPERVISION: Owned and managed an independent adjustment company. Supervised in excess of forty adjusters handling all lines of claims. Established quality control guidelines for adjusters. Conducted clients development program. Directed multi-office management and reporting systems.

TRAINING/MEDIATION: Established guidelines for adjuster development within company. Monitored continuing education criteria for staff adjusters. Instructed property insurance classes for Insurance Institute of America. Conducted seminars and panel discussions at Property Loss Research Bureau's Loss Managers Conference.

Represented carriers in negotiation of claims through mediation. Became Certified Mediator in Texas in 1991. Has been highly successful in negotiating settlements through the use of mediation and arbitration.
