APPRAISER/UMPIRE EXPERIENCE : Jack has participated in over 200 policy appraisals either as appraiser or umpire including, among others, Commercial Building, Contents and Business Interruption losses, Residential Dwelling, Personal Property and Additional Living Expense. He has extensive experience in determining Replacement Cost and ACV on damaged contents and equipment and has the ability to calculate earnings loss or business interruption claims with actuary. Adjuster written estimates are a specialty on all types of buildings.

All lines of insurance claims are handled, but specialty is major property losses including business interruption and catastrophe.
GAB Business Service, Inc., 1970-1981: Tenure included 11 years of handling first and third party insurance claims and the managing of the Orlando GAB Branch Office from 1973 to 1981. Gained experience in adjustment of various catastrophe claims, including train wrecks, hail storms, flood and windstorm (hurricane) throughout the United States.
