Formal Appraisals: David has facilitated settlements in both appraiser and umpire capacities. he has co-authored, Appraisal for the New Millennium, a treatise on the subject.
Industry Related Activities: Over the past 20 years, David has presented programs for the Property Loss Research Bureau, and has been a panelist since 1989 on the subjects of handling business interruption claims for manufacturers, formal appraisals, alternative resolutions and arbitration.
